We have access to major airlines, cruise lines and hotels.
Can you assist with multi-destination itineraries?
Yes, we can assist with multi-destination itineraries.
Do you provide advice on local customs, culture, and etiquette for my destination?
To ensure you have a safe and successful trip, we ensure you are aware of customs, culture and etiquette for your destination. For example, we ensure you know that it is illegal to wear camouflage in Jamaica as those patterns are solely for military use.
Can you book travel for special occasions (e.g., anniversaries, birthdays, reunions)?
Yes, we love booking trips for special occasions
Can you help with transportation options, like car rentals or train tickets?
Yes, we work with major car rental companies and train companies such as Amtrak and Eurail Pass.

It depends on your destination as it relates to events and tours. For activities, we will likely have access to most destinations.

How do you stay updated on the latest travel trends and regulations?
Travel With Amber stays abreast of trends and regulations by taking ongoing training with vendors, attending travel agent events, participating in educational training, and attending multi-day events.
Do you provide destination guides or personalized travel tips?

Can you help me plan a surprise trip for someone else?
We absolutely love surprises and would be happy to work with you. Note that all destinations don’t necessarily allow for in-destination decorations.
Do you handle all-inclusive travel packages, including meals and activities?

How far in advance should I book my trip?
You can book your trip as far in advance as options are available. Note that some components of your trip may be available to book and others may not depending on your date of departure.
Can you help with last-minute travel plans?
While we can assist with last-minute travel plans, it is important to understand that Travel With Amber works on a FIFO method, First-in, First-out and if there are other ahead of your last-minute request, then our company may not be the best fit for you.
Do you customize itineraries based on my preferences?
Yes, we curate your itinerary based on your preferences which is discussed during our consultation call.
Can you arrange special accommodations or activities (e.g., honeymoons, wheelchair access)?

What do I need to provide for you to start planning my trip?
In order to begin planning your trip, you will need to complete the Travel Request Form (insert JotForm link). After your form is received, you will receive a call to review your request and set expectations.

What documents will I need for international travel?
Documents will vary based on the country you’re visiting. Details will be shared during the consultation call, once trip is booked and confirmed as well as once the trip is paid in full.
Can you advise on vaccinations or health-related travel requirements?
We will provide you with details on requirements of the country you’re traveling to. We will not mandate you on any vaccinations or if you should travel. It is important that you consult with your physician with any questions regarding your health and traveling.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments will require you to submit a credit card authorization form along with a copy of the front and back of your card. This is obtained through a secure site and once your payments are processed, it will be removed from the system. We DO NOT accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, CashApp or checks
Can I pay for my trip in installments?
Yes, Travel With Amber offers payment plans granted the following: your travel dates are greater than 45 days prior to departure for land and greater than 60-90 days prior to departure for cruises
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation & refund policies will vary based on your trip. It is very important that you review your travel documents which will outline these details.
Are deposits refundable if my trip is canceled?
All deposits are non-refundable. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel protection at the time of booking your trip. This will allow you the opportunity to obtain a refund (original form of payment or travel credit). If you choose to decline travel protection, you will be required to sign a Travel Insurance Declination Form.
What happens if the airline or hotel cancels my booking?
If the airline or hotel cancels your booking, as your travel agent, I work with the said vendor to get your rebooked. Also note that if your flight is canceled while you’re in the airport, your best course of action is to immediately go to the desk and ask to be put on the next flight.

You will have access to Travel With Amber via WhatsApp during your trip. Be sure to download the app prior to your trip.
Do you provide 24/7 support while I’m traveling?
Yes, we provide 24/7 assistance while our clients are traveling.
Can you assist if I need to change my itinerary during the trip?
Yes, we will be happy to assist you with any changes you have during your trip.
How can I stay safe while traveling?
A few ways to remain safe while traveling would be to remain vigilant, stay with your guided tour, not being flashy with jewelry or money and matters along those lines.
